Possession of substance

· 4 (1) Except as authorized under the regulations, no person shall possess a substance included in Schedule I, II or III.


Obtaining substance

(2) No person shall seek or obtain


o (a) a substance included in Schedule I, II, III or IV

The proposed amendments to The Controlled Drugs and Substances Act require that the Federal Government of Canada establish a maximum quantity of Schedule I, II, and III substances which an individual can posses for personal use.
